The vented design allows air to move through the brush, making it a useful option when you're blow-drying your hair. It can help you work through the hair while allowing your hairdryer to reach more of the hair at the same time.
Both brushes have the same BioBristle™ antimicrobial technology, so the choice really comes down to your hair and how you like to use your brush.
