At Fringe Benefits and Labella Beauty, Marina Hodgins brings more than three decades of experience to her role as a Fabriq Master, a distinction that reflects both advanced technical training and a deep commitment to hair health.

A Fabriq Master is not simply a stylist who offers smoothing treatments; they are a highly trained specialist who has completed intensive education across the full Fabriq keratin treatments, from foundational techniques to advanced “Reset” training. This expertise allows Marina to deliver fully personalised, formaldehyde-free, protein-based treatments that repair, strengthen, and smooth hair from within. Whether a client wants to reduce frizz, soften curls, or restore severely damaged hair, her approach is always tailored to the individual.

Marina’s journey with Fabriq began years ago when the brand was known as KeraStraight. She immediately recognised that it offered something different. As she recalls, “The results were dramatic and honest. The hair felt healthier and clients could manage it at home. That’s when I knew I loved it.”

Today, as a certified Fabriq Master, Marina specialises in transformative services such as the long-lasting Reset treatment (with results for up to four months) and the Quick Fix express treatment for shorter-term smoothing. Her work is grounded in a philosophy that prioritises hair integrity—using protein-based formulas to rebuild strength, enhance shine, and improve manageability without harsh chemicals.
