Booking Fee

We value our customers – to ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we may require a deposit on new bookings or longer appointments. Before each appointment, careful time and preparation is often needed by our team, to deliver the best possible service. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you.

You will be notified at the time of booking if you are required to pay a deposit. This will then be credited to your account and taken off your bill at checkout. Your Booking Fee will be lost & retained by the salon should you choose to cancel or move your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. If you move or cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice your booking fee will be held on your account for when you next book your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Fringe Benefits Hair & La Bella Beauty Salon in Gloucester, we value our customers and your appointments are very important to us. 

Please understand that when you fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

 In order to safeguard the income of our team members and maximise appointment availability for our guests, we have had to amend our cancellation policy. Reminders for all bookings will be issued prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in an automatic 50% charge for the service booked. 

Appointments which are not cancelled with 48 hours minimum notice or are not attended will be charged at the full appointment value. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Colour Policy

An allergy alert (AAT) test is required before all hair colouring services at Fringe Benefits salon in Gloucester to allow us to check for sensitivity and reactions to the hair colouring products that we use. We offer free Allergy Alert Tests (also known as skin testing and patch testing) in our salon. You will need to make an appointment to attend the salon at least 48 hours before your hair colour service for your test.

When booking any hair colouring or technical service, a complimentary consultation may be required. This is to enable your Hair Stylist to discuss your hair goals so that an achievable outcome is agreed upon.

We strive to deliver a five-star salon experience every time you visit us. If you have not been fully satisfied with the service you have received then please get in touch. We treat all complaints seriously and will strive for a positive outcome.
