Customer Service Nomination At The BHBA AWARDS

Fringe Benefits & La Bella Beauty Salon in Gloucester were nominated as a FINALIST in the prestigious ‘Customer Service Of The Year’ category at 2023’s British Hairdressing Business Awards. Widely regarded as one of the industry’s most prestigious events, the awards recognise the names that have achieved business brilliance, helping uphold Britain’s reputation as a world leader in hairdressing expertise. 

Marina says;

‘I still can’t believe it! The awards are so respected across the industry, so just to reach the finals is a huge honour. We’re up against some incredible competition but just hope that the judges see our drive and passion – we’re keeping everything crossed!’

Following an intensive judging process, the team attended the 25th British Hairdressing Business Awards, at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Unfortunately, they just missed out on the award on the evening. However, Marina and her team of stylists, colour technicians and therapists are delighted to have been recognised for their hard work, determination and talent.
