Meet Molly, Our Apprentice

Ever since I can remember, I’ve dreamed of becoming a hairdresser. Finding an apprenticeship wasn’t easy, but I’m incredibly grateful that my journey led me to Fringe Benefits. From the moment I joined, the team has supported me, encouraged me, and helped me step out of my comfort zone in ways I never imagined. I love being part of such a creative, welcoming salon family, and I’m excited to continue growing my skills every day.

One of the things I’ve enjoyed most so far is learning all about haircare proper routines, product knowledge, and the “why” behind keeping hair healthy. I’ve even started implementing everything I’ve learned on my own hair, and seeing the difference firsthand has made me even more passionate about what I do.

I’ve also started practising my blow-drying skills and working on guests in the salon, which has been such a fun and rewarding part of my training. These sessions are complimentary, so please get in touch. They help me build my confidence, speed, and technique while getting to meet new guests.

Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me with my dog Lily, who’s my little shadow. I’m a big fan of hip hop, love a good browse around Zara, and I’m obsessed with stylish pieces from Cindy.

I’m passionate about learning, growing, and becoming the best stylist I can be. I can’t wait to continue this journey while being a part of yours too.
